Account details you provide when you register: name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Project information: instructions, files, word counts, deadlines, and any messages exchanged through the platform.

Payment information processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.

To create and manage your account, match projects with specialists, and deliver completed work.

To send account and project notifications, such as quotations, delivery confirmations, and revision updates.

To review quality before files are released, and to investigate support requests or disputes.

Clients and writers never see each other's name, email, or phone number. Clients are shown to writers only by an anonymous reference code, and writers are shown to clients only as 'Academic Specialist'.

Project files are stored privately and are only accessible to the client who owns the project, the writer assigned to it, and our review team.

We keep account and project records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting us.
